Our Pakan scarves are woven with a soft, heavy weight silk. The weft silk yarn is fluffy and irregular in width, giving the scarf a rustic look. Pakan scarves have an iridescent look but the colors tend to be softer and somewhat muted compared to many of our scarves. This scarf has been field tested in the Colorado winters and is quite warm and comfortable.
Please note that the photographs do not do the silk justice, and that in real life the silk takes on a new dimension and looks much more alive.
